Gulfam Ahmed Khan had his early training under his father Ishtiaque Ahmed Khan. After losing his father at the tender age of 13 he continued learning from his elder brother Mukhtiar Ahmed Khan and from his uncle Ilyas Khan. Later he learned few gats from his cousin Irfan Khan as well. He lives and works in Delhi. Gulfam Ahmed Khan is a proud recipient of Padmashri 2021 for music. His website is here.
